Warranty Information
All of Rustic's furniture comes with a MANUFACTURERS 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.
If any piece of furniture is proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship
and/or material we will replace, at our discretion, that part or the whole product at no
charge to you. To obtain warranty service, the consumer must deliver the product or part to
the address below at their expense. A copy of the original sales receipt is required
when requesting warranty work. All our other products come with a limited ONE YEAR WARRANTY.

the manufacturer. Physical abuse to, or misuse of the product, or use or assembly
thereof in a manner contrary to the accompanying instructions.
Freight Damage
Customers should fully inspect every shipment received before signing any bill of lading.
All damages incurred during shipping must be claimed with the carrier. If you incur any
damages during shipping, please contact us for instructions.
